Production process control

Printing:

Sunkey Packaging has six high-speed printing machines capable of printing up to 12 colors with a maximum width of 1250mm.  These machines are equipped with the latest technology to ensure high-quality prints for their customers.

Inspection and Variable Data Printing:

To ensure quality control, Sunkey Packaging has three high-speed inspection machines that operate at 200m/min without missing a single inspection.  These machines can produce over 20 million daily outputs, making sure that the final products meet the high standards of their customers.  They also have the capability of variable data printing to add unique codes or serial numbers to each package.

Coating and Laminating:

Sunkey Packaging uses four high-speed dry duplicators, three Nordemaker solvent-free laminating machines, and one 2300mm wide coating laminating machine for coating and laminating.  These machines are capable of producing high-quality finished products.

End-Product:

To finish the process, Sunkey Packaging has eight high-speed slitters and ten multi-functional bag making machines that ensure timely delivery of the finished products.  With these machines, they can meet their customers’ demands and deliver high-quality products on time.
