SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

1.An RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation) system is installed in the plastic film production process to treat exhaust gases of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the production process. The system removes odours and harmful VOCs from the exhaust gases and reduces environmental pollution.
2.The RTO system uses natural gas and other fuels for combustion reaction to decompose the VOCs in the exhaust gases into water and carbon dioxide to achieve harmlessness. The high-temperature exhaust gas generated after the reaction can be recycled to improve energy efficiency.
3.The system uses catalytic oxidation reaction, the working temperature is lower, the energy consumption is greatly reduced than the traditional combustion method. The use of well-designed catalysts improves the efficiency of VOC detoxification.
4.RTO system is fully automatic, not only can effectively control the emission of VOC, but also can recover heat for steam and other reuse, reducing production costs. The whole process has zero emission and is safe for the working environment.
5.The use of RTO system to deal with the production of waste gas, not only to reduce energy consumption and pollution, but also improve the efficiency of resource use, fully embodies the concept of sustainable development of the flexible plastic packaging industry, it is worth promoting the application.
